How do I check the status of my order?

If you have not heard any update about your order after 6 business days of receiving order confirmation, please contact us @ info@deca-designed.com.

In the event of an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping to us. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
