Are Your Designs Original?
All of our products are custom designed and are not available anywhere else.
Do You Offer Returns?
Yes, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your item, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Your item must be in its original packaging, unworn and unused, to be eligible for a refund.
Note: As a small business, we’re not yet able to offer free returns, so we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return postage. Don’t worry — returns are processed to a local address depending on your region.

Do You Offer Exchanges?
We’re happy to help with exchanges on eligible items — just get in touch within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll take care of shipping the exchange out to you (one time per order).

If the item you’re after is out of stock, we’ll offer you store credit or a refund (minus original shipping).

How Can I Cancel My Order?

My Order Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?
We check all orders multiple times before they leave us, however if your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please;
email us with your name, order number and photos of the issue.
Where Are You Located?
Each piece is designed in Melbourne, Australia, however we have warehouses located across the globe. Your order will ship from the closest stocked location.
